I needed a place to stay with easy access to the airport before leaving Germany. The Hostel itself was great, with a nice place to hang out, a bar, a garden in the back to smoke in, a kitchen to cook food, and homecooked food at a cheap price. The beds were comfy and had the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen for a hostel, also very clean. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the trainstation which is also quite conveinent, however, the neighborhood by the train station is very bad. It's the red light district for Frankfurt, with lots of homeless people, prostetues, and druggies lining the street. I had never seen a crackpipe in my life until I passed by people casually smoking one on the street on two different occasions. I felt very safe and comfortable inside the hostel but had the exact opposite feeling whenever I needed to leave to go get food. The staff is very friendly and I had a great time meeting people who were staying there. I would also reccomend booking directly from their website to save on money.

We enjoyed our stay at this hostel very much!! We arrived on Friday May 12th and we joined in on the free beer tasting that the hostel put on, and thought it was fantastic. Not only did it bring out all the different travellers to interact with but also gave us a chance to meet and get to know the amazing staff! We ended up spending our entire time with them, and they are truly the ones who made this the best hostel we've been to yet!!Thanks Urshi & Rachel you two ladies are fabulous and made Frankfurt a memorable experience :) would definitely recommend this hostel to all!

Quite expensive for a hostel, had issue with my reservation made 1 month ahead (not taken into account; they said that they emailed me several times, but apparently I received all their emails but those) so I had to pay 25€ more in the end more for 4 nights in a 6-bed dorm instead of a 3-bed dorm. In the end I regretted not having reserved on Hostelworld (which I really dislike because they almost have monopoly on hostel booking). Very very convenient location, fantastic to visit the city or the region. The very immediate neighborhood (red light district) does not look that safe with few intoxicated people (but the hostel is). Great staff, fun atmosphere, met nice travelers. Very loud ventilation outside which make getting asleep difficult if you let the window opened (a necessity in a 6-bed room).
